My name is Georgia Morley, and I am here to support your journey through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond with food integration like you’ve never known before—even though you’ve had the wisdom within you all along.  

It was during my pregnancy, 11 years ago, that I became radically aware of what my body needed versus what it wanted. When I was diagnosed with preeclampsia in my third trimester, I fell into a deep depression about what I had done to make that happen. Of course the answer was not what I did (no judgement required), but what I didn’t understand: how to tap into my inherent food wisdom and use it to support my body during that critical time in my life.  

As my son grew into a boy and my body changed once again (like a zillion times), through my thirties and now my forties, I discovered a wisdom that was already inside me, innate, quiet and curious. I learned to listen to what my body was telling me, what my hormones were screaming at me—and the cues for a more thoughtful way of eating began.

Now I am in dialogue with that inner wisdom, and food balance has become a way, not a “goal”. Now, it feels easy.

I eat a myriad of beautiful foods and feel energized and contented by the whispers my body enlightens me with daily. I am connected to that small, still voice and can apply it in a delicious and holistic way, with food that is simple, effective and powerful.

You are feeling hungry and meander to the kitchen, it’s been a long hard day and you have a busy evening. You love cooking and eating, but you are fatigued today and simplicity is the answer.
